For casting houses and manufacturers, we act as an outsourced CAD desk: you keep the client, the casting and the finishing, and we handle the modelling behind the bench. Because we never cast and never sell to your customers, sending work our way adds capacity without adding a rival — we absorb overflow, catalogue runs and the odd rush, then hand the files straight back.
Built for the pour
Send a sketch, a photo, a hand drawing or a rough CAD, and it comes back as a production-grade model plus a casting-ready STL or 3MF — watertight, with correct wall thickness, sprues and gates, and a report of estimated metal weight and stone count. We take Rhino, Matrix and 3Design files in and hand clean STL, 3MF and 3DM back out, with revision rounds agreed up front in the quote. That is the whole of our jewelry CAD and 3D rendering services, and nothing sits outside it.

Our CAD team works across Armenia and Vietnam, and the two time zones bracket the US working day. A brief that lands as you leave the bench is often moving forward before you are back at it, which is why turnaround runs from 24h — and typically lands in 1–2 business days, even on batch work.
