Send whatever you have — a sketch, reference photo, existing CAD or a written spec. We confirm dimensions and ring size, the stone list (cut, count, mm), metal and karat, plus any casting constraints on your end. You get back a fixed scope, quote and turnaround the same day.
We build a parametric, production-grade model in Matrix, Rhino or 3Design to your exact dimensions. Wall thickness, prong and bezel seats, gallery rails and stone spacing are engineered for the pour from the first version — not patched in later. A working preview follows in one to two business days.
Photoreal 4K stills — and 360° turntables on request — go out for sign-off. Revision rounds are included: you mark the changes, we apply them, with no per-tweak invoicing inside the agreed scope. Overnight timezones between our benches mean many revisions land back by the next morning.
On approval we export clean, watertight STL / 3MF with correct wall thickness, sprues and gates placed, and shrinkage allowance applied for your alloy. Every delivery ships with a metal-weight estimate across karats and an exact stone-count report — so you can quote and cast without re-measuring.

Every model includes revision rounds, with the scope agreed in your quote — not billed by the tweak. Adjust prong height, band width, stone spacing or finish, and we apply the changes while we dial the piece in.
Refining the piece you approved is a revision. A different silhouette or added elements is a new scope — we flag it and re-quote first, so there is never a surprise line item.
Once you approve the render we lock the model and export the casting-ready files — often the same day, so momentum never stalls before the pour.

From 24h — typically 1–2 business days from an approved brief to a castable model. Simple pieces move fastest; heavy stone-setting or a full line takes a little longer, and we tell you which up front.
Need it sooner, or need a whole batch at once? Rush jobs and multi-piece runs are no problem — we commit to a delivery date alongside your quote, so a launch or trade-show deadline is something you can plan around.
Your sketches, CAD, molds and client names stay confidential by default. We will sign your NDA on request, and never showcase your work without your written consent.
