Photorealistic 3D Jewelry Rendering
Photoreal jewelry rendering that turns an approved model into catalog-grade images — metal, stones and finish shown exactly as they'll pour. Sell a piece before it's cast, put it in the catalog before the first sample exists, and win client sign-off before a gram of metal is committed.
A photograph of a piece that doesn't exist yet.
3D rendering is the presentation layer of a jewelry project — jewelry product photography without the product, and without the photo studio. It shows the finished piece before it exists in metal, often for a fraction of the cost of a traditional photoshoot.
We take the production geometry, dress it in real materials and light it in KeyShot like a studio product shoot. The result reads as a photograph: yellow, white or rose gold with the right warmth and reflectivity, diamonds and colored stones with true refraction and fire, and a surface finish — high polish, matte or brushed — that matches what comes off the bench.
Because the render is built from the same shape that gets cut for casting, what a client approves on screen is what pours. Prongs sit where they'll sit, a halo throws the shadow it will actually throw, and a bezel catches light the way the finished setting will. That makes rendering a decision tool as much as a marketing one: proportion, stone colour and finish all get signed off before you commit a gram of metal or a minute of bench time.
Our jewelry rendering service is a presentation layer, not the production file. The image is built from the same geometry as our jewelry CAD design work, while the parts your shop actually pours and prints — the casting-ready STL/3MF files — are delivered separately. One model feeds both: a picture to sell the piece, and a file to make it.
Every lever that makes a render sell.
Light, angle and material are the three things that turn a grey CAD preview into a photograph. Here's what you can dial in on every piece.
Lighting setups
Studio, soft-box or high-contrast — the light sets the mood. A bright studio key for clean catalog shots, diffused soft light for a gentle luxury feel, or directional contrast to make facets snap. We match the lighting to where the image will live.
Angles & framing
A hero three-quarter view, a straight-on profile, top-down on the setting, plus tight macro on the stone and gallery. Each angle is framed to reveal the detail that matters for that particular piece.
Turntable & 360°
A full rotation of the piece as a spin loop or a 360° frame set — ideal for product pages and marketplace listings where a shopper wants to turn the ring in their hand before buying.
Metal variants
Yellow, white and rose gold, platinum and silver — all rendered from one approved model. Show a full metal range for a single design without re-shooting or re-cutting anything.
Stone & gem options
Swap a diamond for sapphire, emerald or ruby, change the cut or carat, or preview a pavé in different colourways — the same setting, dressed with whatever stones the collection calls for.
Resolution & DPI
Up to 4K masters at 300 DPI for print catalogs, plus right-sized exports for web and e-commerce so listings stay sharp and load fast. You get the exact resolution each channel needs.
Ready-to-publish images, sized to the channel.
Every render order ships as a tidy package of files — print-grade masters and web exports, in the formats your catalog and store actually use.
- A set of angles per piece — a hero view plus supporting shots, each framed to the design.
- Hi-res masters up to 4K at 300 DPI, ready to drop straight into a print catalog or look-book.
- Web-optimised exports sized for e-commerce, marketplace and social listings — sharp but light.
- Cut-out versions on a transparent background, on request, for clean layouts and overlays.
- Turntable or 360° spin frames where ordered, for interactive product pages.
- Delivered as PNG, JPG or TIFF — tell us the channel and we match the format.
3D rendering is one strand of the full four-service studio lineup, and every render starts from an approved model — see how the results look on finished pieces in our portfolio of rendered pieces.
Before you brief a render
The essentials on angles, resolution and variants. Don't see your question? Our team replies the same day.
How many angles do I get per piece?
A standard render set covers a hero three-quarter view plus a few supporting angles chosen for the design — typically a profile, a top-down on the setting and a macro on the stone. Need more views, a specific catalog layout or a full turntable / 360° spin? Just say so in the brief and we scope it in.
What resolution and formats do you deliver?
Masters come at up to 4K and 300 DPI, ready for print catalogs, with web-sized exports for e-commerce and listings. Files are delivered as PNG, JPG or TIFF, including cut-outs on a transparent background on request. Tell us where the images will run and we match resolution and format to the channel.
Can you render metal and stone variants from one model?
Yes. Once a model is approved we can render it in yellow, white or rose gold, platinum or silver, and swap the stones — diamond for sapphire, emerald or ruby, or a different cut or carat — all from the single model, with no re-modeling. It's the fastest way to show a whole range for one design.
One model, every way you sell it.
The same approved geometry does a different job for every kind of seller — our jewelry rendering services flex from a single custom ring to a catalog of hundreds.
E-commerce brands
One model, every variation — metals, stones and angles in hours, not photoshoots. Render a whole range from a single design and keep it consistent across hundreds of SKUs, so every product page reads as one clean, coherent catalog.
Retail & custom jewelers
Show the ring, close the sale, take the deposit. Put a photoreal image of a bespoke piece in front of a client before you cut a gram of metal — they buy what they can see, and you only commit to production once the order is real.
Client & buyer presentations
Line sheets, look-books and pitch decks that look shot in a studio. Sign off proportion, metal and finish on screen, then walk into a buyer meeting with a whole collection rendered before a single sample is made.
Send a model or a sketch. Get photoreal renders back.
Tell us the piece, the metals and stones you want to show, and where the images will run. We'll reply the same day with a quote and a realistic turnaround — typically 1–2 business days — and can show you sample renders so you can judge the quality first.
