Most projects run from 24 hours to a typical 1–2 business days — from an approved brief to a castable model. Exact timing depends on complexity, stone count and revision rounds; rush and overnight jobs are welcome. Our team works across Armenia and Vietnam, so files keep moving overnight while your shop sleeps, and we confirm a realistic turnaround with every quote.

For casting and printing you get STL — the standard mesh every jewelry printer and casting house reads. When you'll want to keep editing the geometry, we also supply the native 3DM (Rhino) working file, with OBJ or 3MF on request to suit your printer or pipeline. The short version: STL to cast, 3DM to edit. Renders arrive as high-resolution image files. Tell us the format your setup expects and we'll match it.

We model in Matrix (MatrixGold), Rhino and 3Design — the tools most casting houses and manufacturers already run, so our files drop straight into your workflow. You can start us from almost anything: a sketch, a photo, a hand drawing or a rough CAD file. What comes back is clean, print-ready geometry in the format your shop uses, with no conversion headaches on your end.

That's exactly what we engineer for. Every model is built for the pour: correct wall thickness, prongs thick enough to hold their stones, sprues and gates placed for clean metal flow, and shrinkage factored in. Each file ships with a metal-weight and stone-count report, so you can cost the cast before you run it. To be straight with you, the final pour also rides on your alloy, investment and burnout, so we won't claim to control the cast itself — what we do is remove the file as a cause of re-casts. Every project is quoted individually — there's no flat menu, because a plain wedding band and a fully stone-set cocktail ring aren't the same job. What moves the price: model complexity, the number of stones, how many revision rounds you expect, whether you need rush or overnight delivery, and extras like added render angles or a printed pattern. Revision rounds are included in every project — we keep refining until the model is right, not billing you per tweak. The number of rounds is agreed up front in your quote, so there are no surprise line items; genuinely new designs or added pieces are simply quoted as new work. Most models are signed off within a couple of review rounds.

Yes — confidential by default. Your designs, molds, client list and files stay entirely yours, are never reused or resold, and never appear in our portfolio without your say-so; the rights to every design we build for you belong to you. We're glad to sign your NDA on request, or work under ours, before anything changes hands. And because we don't cast or sell finished jewelry, we're never a competitor to the shops we work for.

In practice it's the opposite. Our team sits in Armenia and Vietnam, so work continues on your model while the US sleeps — send a brief at the end of your day and there's often progress waiting the next morning. You get one clear point of contact, a same-day reply on new briefs and approvals, and overlap with US hours when you want a call. Follow-the-sun turns the time difference into extra runway, not lag.

Both — you choose per project. Most clients take the casting-ready digital file (STL, plus 3DM to edit) and print or cast in-house. When you'd rather hold a physical pattern, we print it in castable resin or wax on request, as an add-on to the CAD work — useful for a fit check or a client approval before you commit metal. Yes — the studio pipeline is built for repeat, batch and catalog production, not just one-off pieces. Send a whole collection and get consistent, castable files back on schedule, each with the same castability checks and weight-and-stone report. Volume runs are scoped and quoted to the batch, so pricing stays predictable whether it's five models or a few hundred SKUs.

Whatever you already have — a sketch, a reference photo, a hand drawing, an existing CAD file or a written spec. The more you can tell us about the stones (sizes and counts), the metal (type and karat) and the finished dimensions, the faster we lock scope and price. Missing a detail?
