Our jewelry 3D printing service is an optional add-on, available on request. When you need a physical pattern in hand as well as the digital file, we print a castable resin or wax model from your finished CAD and ship it to your bench — an extra step on top of a CAD project, not a standalone print-bureau service.
Sometimes you need the pattern in your hand.
Most of our work is delivered as files. Printing is the optional last step for the times a physical model does what a screen can't — and it stays an add-on, never a service on its own.
The core of the studio is digital: a precise CAD model and a clean, castable file your shop can pour. Printing sits alongside that. On request, we take a finished casting-ready file and print a physical pattern — a castable resin model or a castable wax — then pack it and send it to you. Nothing more, nothing less.
It exists for the moments a physical object earns its keep: a fit check for finger size and proportion on the hand, showing a client a real piece before any metal is committed, or handing your caster a pattern that's ready for the tree. If all you need is the file, you never touch this step — and it costs you nothing.
Printed from a file that's already right
We only print from a model that's already engineered for the pour, so the pattern in your hand matches the geometry on screen — correct scale, correct walls, correct seats. Output runs on a resin printer tuned for jewelry-scale detail, so fine features survive the print instead of softening. That's why printing is offered as an extension of the CAD work rather than a drop-off bureau: the value is in the model being right first, and the print simply making it physical.

When is printing available?
On request, as an add-on to a CAD or casting-ready project — not as a standalone service. Because a print runs after the file is finished, it adds lead time on top of the model, quoted per job when you ask. Flag a physical pattern when you request a quote and we'll factor it into the schedule and price.
What materials do you print in?
Castable resin and wax — materials chosen to burn out cleanly for lost-wax casting, so the pattern is meant for the tree, not just for show. If your caster prefers one over the other, note it and we'll match the request where we can.
Do I need a finished CAD file first?
Yes — we print from a casting-ready model, so a good print starts with a good file. If you don't have one yet, that's simply where we begin: we build the model first, then print from it as an add-on. The turnaround on the CAD itself is fast, from 24h and typically 1–2 business days, with the print scheduled after.
